Great Gift - Slow Delivery
Hello - I bought an online gift-card for my son - and included some birthday text...but when I was sent the e-mail/code, there was no message attached...so I simply gave him the code (e-mailed to me) and asked him to use that when ordering. He proceeded to do this quickly (as 'free shipping' ended that night) but then found out that weeks later, the 'free shipping' was still available...a shame, as he rushed his purchase... He has now been waiting for a month for his order and nothing has yet arrived. I warned him that delivery is slow/long (as this has been my experience previously). I think he was going to write to you today to find out the order status. So - I love your t-shirts. I really do - I think they are cool which is why I bought an online gift-card for my son. It would be great if you could improved the post-purchase experience for your customers however - that would make things really good. Take a good thing and make it great! thank you.
